Who we are

Element Medical Aesthetics is dedicated to helping patients embrace their natural beauty by enhancing the unique features that define their individuality and boost their confidence. Our approach is thoughtfully subtle, focusing on minimal product use to achieve the most impactful, refined results. We believe that true elegance lies in enhancing, not masking, allowing each person’s individuality shine through.

Katie Hoy is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has been injecting since 2019. Her passion for skincare, full-facial balancing with filler, and love for biostimulators sets her apart from others in the industry.

Her aesthetic approach starts with understanding the patient’s concerns and goals through a full consultation. By combining a layered plan of medical-grade skincare at home & in-office procedures, we can ensure a sustainable and natural aesthetic.

Evidence-based science combined with the art of facial harmony creates results that look effortless and reflect the individuality of each person treated..

“Today we’d like to introduce you to Katie Hoy.

Hi Katie, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve wanted to be a nurse for as long as I can remember. I graduated nursing school in 2013 from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and began working at a large hospital in Dallas in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I have always loved babies and getting to take care of the most fragile yet resilient infants was such a blessing and learning process.
After a few years, I really had the itch to do more and I applied for my Nurse Practitioner degree at Texas Women’s University while still working full time.

My plan was to transition to the aesthetic field when I graduated but I knew that it was a difficult field to break into. I graduated with my masters in 2019 and got a part-time job at a plastic surgeons med spa. There I was taught by one of the best in the field and really got to see what life was like as an injector. Unfortunately COVID came and the office had to shut down since it wasn’t “essential”. Luckily for me, I was still working in the NICU and was able to pick up more shifts at the hospital.

In 2021, I got back into the aesthetic field and really honed in on my practice. I was working at a med spa in North Dallas and began expanding my knowledge and skills doing trainings, learning new techniques, going to cadaver courses, and getting to know the aesthetic industry.

At the end of 2025, I opened up my own practice with a vision of focusing on restoring confidence in patients who didn’t feel like they looked like themselves anymore. I wanted to replace what was once there and hopefully build up the self-image of so many who weren’t happy when they saw themselves in the mirror. I love being able to combine the science and art of aesthetics while getting to connect with my patients on a deeper level.” Continue Reading
